A really great place!
We toured this facility a month ago and have already signed on a unit that’s available in the fall! Working with Brooke was ... so simple. From the moment we met to signing the lease, and all the questions in between, she was great and provided it all up front. We’re so excited about the amenities and being on the third floor with an elevator. We can walk to all our favorite spots too. The place is clean and quiet. On December 2nd at 10 AM, a maintenance worker knocked and announced himself, but then immediately entered my apartment without ... waiting for a response or having given any prior notice. While he was checking for water leakage, this still isn't appropriate protocol. Unless there's an emergency, maintenance staff should provide at least 24 hours notice before entering apartments and should wait for tenant permission after knocking. While I appreciate the need for maintenance, proper notice and respect for tenant privacy is essential. Management should ensure proper procedures are followed in the future.
